Week Numero Sixo

This week was a whole rollercoaster regarding spring registration. Long story short, the teacher for one of my classes just up and moved to Arizona, meaning that there was no guarantee that the class would end up being taught. This was... not ideal for me. Furthermore, two of my other classes overlap by about 20 minutes, which will be interesting. Ultimately, after well over a dozen emails to my advisor (shoutout Dr. Haley), we were able to figure everything out and it looks like I will be graduating on time.

In the middle of all the registration craziness, I got roped into playing soccer on Wednesday with a bunch of Finnish people. It was good fun, even though I don't speak the language and it was pretty much a gravel lot that we were playing on. We were supposed to play 3 games but one of the teams that we were supposed to play against bailed so we only ended up playing 2 games. After finishing up soccer, I met up with some friends and chilled for a bit before heading over to Emma's place (she is the tutor/local guide/translator of our group) where we had a movie night. We watched all three movies of the Original Trilogy of Star Wars, which was super fun!
